This item, like all other Zodiac equipment, drops rarely from both monsters and chests located in The Deep and Urgoz's Warren.

Like other Zodiac equipment, when a dye is applied, only the glowing rocks from which the glow emanates changes color. The color of the glow itself stays the same.
