Zeki Lament is one of the many possible undead Smoke Phantom bosses found in the north eastern part of Riverside Province mission. This area is out of sight of the White Mantle guard towers, and is swarming with undead. Watch out for the Grasping Ghouls that may spawn nearby when he is engaged in combat.
