Witch's Brew is an item available during the Halloween 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 special events. It is traded by Halloween collectors in several cities in Elona and Tyria. In addition, the Brew was handed out as a random prize for players who obeyed the Mad King when he appeared at Lion's Arch and Kamadan.

It causes a blurry "drunken" sensation for a short period of time. The effect is slightly different visually, but has the same potency as a single Absinthe or Dwarven Ale. Drinking multiple vials of witch's brew may cause unpredictable drunken behavior such as random emotes or text bubbles above the drunken character's head. The screen will also turn more orange the more you drink.

Halloween collector items, purchased or received from the Mad King, will remain in each character's inventory until they are used or destroyed.

• To see the effects of this potion, post-processing effects must be enabled in the game options.
• This alcohol can get you drunk in scrimmage matches, unlike other alcohols.
