Warrior Silver Eagle armor is an elite armor art for warriors in the Eye of the North expansion.
Unlike any other armor sets, the Silver Eagle Helm is not crafted with a specific attribute +1 bonus, but rather with an "Item's Attribute +1" bonus, similar to common headgear. This means that it will gain +1 to the attribute of the rune applied to it.
