- The damage is dealt to target foe as well as nearby foes, but only the hexed enemy is interrupted.
- If the target is hexed with both Clumsiness and Wandering Eye, both will deal the damage. This means only one attack interrupt will occur, but it creates a large, if avoidable, spike.
- If both Wandering Eye and Ineptitude are on a creature, they won't trigger on the same attack. Wandering Eye will interrupt the attack before Ineptitude triggers.
