Vokur Grimshackles is a Mesmer Stone Summit boss. He does not pose much of a threat by himself, and his main role is to frustrate the player's party.

  • in the Gap, near Marshall Whitman.
  • in Sorrow's Belly.

If you have Chains of Enslavement on you, you can not attack him because he is a member of the Stone Summit.
