Victory tokens are one of several items that can be obtained by opening Boardwalk Prizes. You can win tokens during Rollerbeetle Races or the Dragon Nest. During various festival weekends, they drop from slain foes (in addition to the usual drops) and are given as rewards for completing festival quests and missions.
[edit] Value of the Tokens
The tokens can be redeemed for a variety of items from Sheng Yi and Seiji, who are located near the Xunlai in the Shing Jea Monastery, or from Zaishen Supply Masters in Lion's Arch, Kamadan, Jewel of Istan and the Great Temple of Balthazar. These collectors will exchange tokens for the following items:

Notes: Rice Wine and Red Bean Cakes are only available in Shing Jea Monastery. The Birthday Cupcake was only available during the Second, Third, and Fourth Birthday Celebrations; during Dragon Festival 2009; and April 27-30, 2007 and April 24-27 2008. The festival masks are only available during the Dragon Festival finales or for a few days after the event.

- Collectors that hand out the prizes will disappear shortly after the end of each event. Victory Tokens that have not been redeemed may be saved and exchanged during the next event when the Shing Jea Boardwalk is open.
- A reasonable price for 10 victory tokens can be anything between 200g (the price you get for turning it into a Bottle of Rice Wine for example and selling it to the merchant) and 600g (the price for buying a Sweet Tooth equivalent of Crème Brûlée from merchants).
