DescriptionEdit

Vengeful Aatxes are a variant of Bladed Aatxes that are invulnerable. They appear only as part of the Unwanted Guests quest in the Underworld. The Vengeful do not cause as much damage as their Bladed cousins. They cannot be targeted with any skills, but they trigger traps as normal. Although they do not take damage from any source they can acquire conditions such as blind and cripple from any traps. They can also be killed by life stealing from skills such as Vengeful Was Khanhei and Vengeful Weapon.

The Vengeful Aatxes can be destroyed by slaying the Keeper of Souls that accompanies them. After the Keeper of Souls is dead they will die instantaneously.

NotesEdit

• It is absolutely imperative that the entire party is instructed on the perils of this quest before the Reaper of the Labyrinth appears. The Unwanted Guests quest is difficult to complete and if taken with Escort of Souls the party will have no chance.
• Protective enchantments such as Protective Spirit are recommended if it is impossible to avoid contact with them.
• Vengeful Aatxes have an inherent 25% speed boost.
