An item needed for the quest Vanguard Equipment. Gelsan the Outfitter gives you the Vanguard Equipment , which must be delivered to Captain Arne in Ascalon City. Like most Quest items, the Vanguard Equipment has no value if you try to sell it to merchants and cannot be salvaged.
