I mistakenly removed the stub tag on the Resurrect article, which Gimme reverted, and pointed out that the article is still missing the Nightfall trainer. I could be wrong, but I'm fairly sure that Nightfall has no official trainer for that skill. Once you create a monk, you will earn it; once you pick /Mo as your secondary, via training or post-Ascension switch, you've got it; once you've unlocked it, all trainers have it.
