Although I have several character names, everyone can just call me "Wang".

I started playing Guild Wars in mid-2005 - just a few months after the Prophecies release, and since then, Guild Wars has been my primary and only consistant online game, much to the detriment of my scholastic performance. I take pride in that I don't use pre-made builds anyone can get off Wiki - I create my own, unique builds (or notable variations of popular, requested ones) by putting a lot of thought into them and testing them on my own before I head out and join parties with them. That being said, I can get easily offended and rather reluctant to continue being a part of any party should they criticize my build after I've "pinged" my skillbar, especially when they are yet to witness the build's effectiveness. But I can assure you: very rarely do I throw skills in my skillbar for my own personal indulgences - you won't find me throwing in a few smites inbetween heals. If you asked for a heal monk, you can bet all my skills are dedicated to my sole role as part of the group.

Also, I never call anyone a "noob" (unless they know I'm kidding), I never rage quit, and I never scam people for their money. Oh and I never play in a party with more than two "wammos", and am reluctant to play in a party with more than one. I compliment every GOOD, mature wammo I find (but I don't find the opportunity to give that kind of compliment too often...).

In real life, I'm a Film student attending college in Hollywood, CA and currently working on a self-made solo acoustic guitar album =]. I'm also planning on moving to Sydney, Australia for a few years - I spent Summer '05 in Sydney and part of me never left... Within the next couple years or so, I plan to attend Hillsong College there.

I'm one of those guys that likes to play female characters sometimes - I have four male characters, and two female ones. I find people tend to be nicer to the female characters lol.

/ Xiahou Wang: Male Tyrian Monk. (my very first and main character; my pride and joy; and the one that most resembles my real-life image =]... although I'm much taller than he is - Monks only grow so high)
/ Sydney Harbour: Female Tyrian bow-weilding Necromancer. (my favorite build with her is a Barraging Minion Master =P)
/ Chiangsu Wang: Male Canthan Ranger. (Rangers are great because of their incredible versatility)
/ Jin Su Kwon: Male Canthan bow-weilding Assassin (for now, he's just my pack mule lol)
/ Nadia Marle Guardia: Female Elonian Dervish. (Her name is a reference to my favorite RPG of all time, Chrono Trigger)
/ Mister E K O: Male Elonian Warrior. (everytime I make a Warrior, it just never really takes off... but I just hate to waste all the nice Warrior greens I have so I keep him around in hopes someday I'll try him out; his name is a reference to my favorite character in the television series LOST, Mr. Eko)
/ Let Your Soul Glo Male Elonian Elementalist. (I've tried Ele in previous campaigns and it never took off, but I wanted to make an Elonian one because they can have a 'fro =P... his name, of course, if a reference to the movie Coming To America and the fictitious hair product Soul Glo)

Although I am naturally a rather humble player and person, I'd like to post compliments I've received for credibility sake. I've been criticized and occasionally straight-up flamed as well (mostly by players blaming me for their mistakes >_>), but I really don't care to post those lol. But I do make mistakes occasionally... cuz hey - nobody's perfect.

"It's been a pleasure healing with you." - a fellow monk after a great run
"We only have one monk. A FINE one, but one. =]" - a cute Ranger chick after the 2nd monk lagged out
"great healing monk luv ya ;)" - some hot ele chick while partying in FoW
"hella good monk... gj wang" - a player on an opposing team in the Random Arenas
"thanks for healing me man you are really good" - a decent W/Mo in a good PvP run

[edit] Everything Else

Not too many compliments to be given to any professions other than Healer and Tank (and I don't really use my Warrior)... but I have recieved compliments on "BiP-ing" with my Nec lol. I don't do that too often though... simply because it's boring.
