This build is made for:
PvP and PvE
Pros:
1) Amazing defense against melee. Awesome for capping against melee bosses. Good against rangers, warriors,paragons, sins, and dervishes in PvP.
Cons:
1)Little self healing until you have a corpse.
2)Doesn't do much against casters.
3) Easy to counter with hex removal.
Conclusion:
Only use this if you KNOW you're going to be fighting something that will attack you with physical damage.

Notes:
1) This is the same build as my PvE Ranger, however, it has different stats.
2) If you know you're going to be fighting groups that will gather alot of melee on you, Escape can be replaced with Hundred Blades to spread poison to multiple targets in the group.

This build is made for:
PvE and PvP
Pros:
1) This build is AMAZING against warriors, assassins, and some kinds of rangers in Alliance battle.
2) Escape can be used to evade attacks from melee, and regular staff attacks from casters. It also can serve for chasing fleeing targets, and retreating yourself.
3) If you're getting mobbed with enemy melee, you can use throw dirt to blind all or most of them.
Cons:
1) Blind easily owns this build.
2) This build can be overwhelmed by 4+ melee attackers if you use your defensive skills incorrectly.
3) Stance cancellers and condition removal render this build's key assets useless.
Conclusion:
A versatile build that can be handy to have.
