[edit] Mantra of RecoveryI said that MoR affect recharge time by 50%, rather than recharge speed by 50%. Affecting recharge speed by 50% would mean recharging at 150% normal speed, or a reduction of 33% to the recharge time. Since recharge time is halved, it in fact reduces recharge time by 50% - or equivalently, increases recharge speed 100%. --
