My name's Nils. I had played the Guild Wars preview events, not really liked it, but a friend bugged me literally for years so I have now begun to play Guild Wars.

Some notes that are helpful to complete beginners like me:

• A Warrior / Monk is probably a good solo or beginner's character
• Take a healer henchman with you, it helps greatly
• In Factions, do not buy a belt pouch nor get one from one of the collectors, as there's a quest which gives you a belt pouch as reward
