Notes:
This was my first ever Guild Wars character, made during a Factions free trial given to me by 2 of my closes online friends; Chiron the Chaotic, and Serpere Distortio. The single trial version was enough to convince me to buy Factions.
Needless to say I wasn't very good, and soon found out first hand why Assassins aren't often a team choice for PvE. I played him like a tank, using Dagger Mastery, Deadly Arts, Shadow Arts and Inspiration Magic, and got thrown around alot in battles for a good few months. After a while I learned more and thought I'd have another go at my Assassin, so I revamped him. I bought new armour, got new skills and fiddled around with my attributes. However it didn't turn out well: I took all my Dagger Mastery points and put them into Deadly Arts and Inspiration Magic. My build was terrible, I'd spent all my gold on making him worse, and I gave up. He could barely kill the gargoyles outside Ascalon City and he was well into level 20. I was very close to deleting the character, but instead I simply never touched it for months.
A long while after, I still hadn't played or altered him. but then I found a build on Guildwiki (Before PvX wiki was made) and decided to give it a shot. I forget the exact build, but it involved Twisting Fangs, Way of Perfection, Critical Eye and a few other things. Attrubite points were put into Shadow Arts, Critical Strikes and Dagger Mastery. It was awesome, and my assassin soon became my best character.
However because I neglected my sin for so long he fell way behind the rest of my characters and has achieved seemingly nothing, even if he is completed on the whole.

Notes:
My warrior I made after actually buying GW, and it was the second character I made. At the time my assassin was still ok, but I just wanted another character. Running around with a big sword hitting various things seemed appealing to me, so this was an easy choice.
It supplied well, and did exactly what it said on the tin. I could run around and bash stuff on the noggin'. After my Assassin completely phailed, this became my most played character, and to this day still has way more hours played and spare skill points even though it's a couple weeks younger. When I was making the warrior I didn't want to go for the young look. One reason was that I've seen it everywhere else, and the second was that an older warrior would seem wiser, which is does.
At first I used all three warrior weapons, constantly making use of the F1-F3 buttons. But this was probably because I didn't have many skills back then and needed to fill up my empty slots.
My warrior, in his wisdom (=P), doesn't use the same old "FGJ + DS" build that everyone loves so much. He makes use of energy instead of adrenaline, with a Swordsmanship Strength build. Flourish is the key to this build, however alot of people on GW Guru flamed all hell out of me for not using Adrenaline, saying "Warriors aren't meant to use energy". With that said, clearly the skill Flourish must have been added to the game by mistake, along with every single warrior energy skill, attack and stance that exists. Silly me!

Notes:
This character, as you may be able to tell from his name, was made to be a minion master. The reason for this is because a very long time ago now, I struggled for ages and ages trying to beat the quest The Captured Son. As I'm sure many of you know, it can be near-impossible with rookie playing skills backed by low-level henchies. Well one day I joined a group to do the quest with, and to my amazment there was a strange guy with these bone-like things following him. He was the same level I was at the time, and he took on loads of enemies with general ease. This amazed me, so I wanted a necro. Of course at the time I had no clue he was a necro, and thought I needed a rituatlist, but luckily my friends set me right before I made the character. Now he's just your standard MM, with a Fleshie, BotM and Heal Area. If it aint broken, don't fix it. =P

Notes:
It had been a while since I had last been in pre searing, and with me needing a monk that would take a while to train up. The reason is I had a friend with a Tyrian monk, and she didn't like that it took her weeks to get to what-ever level she was, and then I made a factions monk and got him to level 15 in a few hours. So out of fairness I decided to make a pre-monk. Soon after, I ALSO decided to go for the LDoA title. I'm not rushing toward it, but instead simply enjoying the relaxed and fun atmosphere of jolly ol' Pre-Searing. I go charr hunting with my friend quite often, and a few levels from now I'll need to start death leveling, whiiich I'm not looking forward to, but oh well. A possitive thing is the way pre-characters can rake in the gold with reletive-ease. Do some ale runs, maybe a bit of catacomb smiting on events, the odd black or white dye drop. Pretty good all in all, and he will be a LDoA, along with my friend.

Notes:
Originally, this ranger was made to be a toucher, since i had heard of this legendary build. I had never seenit however, and all I knew is that it was a Ranger/Necromancer. So that's what I made. I don't recall why I named him Marksman Malchior, but this may have been because I was unsure about being a toucher forever, or possibly because back then I didn't know touchers didn't need a bow. I didn't have the build or knowledge of a toucher, so naturally I went ahead and made him a proper ranger until I found it out. I used Marksmanship and Wildnerness Survival with little or no expertise. I wasn't very good, but that's mainly because he was a new character. After a while I decided to only have 2 attrubites and be better in them. I picked Marksmanship and Beast Mastery. This was because I learned of the skill Heal as One, and despirately wanted it. I also got my pet, Steve. He's a Croc from an Istani bog, named after the late Steve Irwin, he's is living up to his name, what with being awesome and all!
Eventually I got a toucher build and went for it. I got the skills one by one, bought some new spare toucher armour and found out that the soul Shrieker bonus staff works pretty well with the build. But I wasn't very good. Since it's PvE the equipment took a while for me to get, and although the build works, it could be better. Later I made a PvP Toucher, who was much better and all. So now my Ranger still has the toucher gear, but rarely uses it in favour of Steve and a good ol' bow.

Notes:
In all honestly I made my mesmer because I wanted to try it out. I didn't actually want one and I still don't really. Nothing about them has ever appealed to me, since I dislike the whole poshness they have about them, along with the laame looking armour. Mesmers can indeed be very powerful, like all professions in GW, but it isn't for me. He has max armour and green weapons, ect. But he's never really had a decent build. I tried out a couple things with him and then I lost interest. Nowdays he just kinda gets no love due to me hardly ever playing on him. Generally I can't be bothered with this profession, as it requires too much thnking for me. I messed about with Signet of Illusions and an attempted build but it's hard to maintain with my attention span, so I left it at that. He's so unplayed he doesn't even have heros, and has probably only been to Lions Arch once, without actually doing anything. Maybe one day I'll fix him up with a good build and what-not. But for now, screw it.
