Choose a skill, creature, outpost, action, mission or just about anything in the entire GW universe, I must be able to obtain a screenshot though either from the wiki or be provided one by you, this means no fictional objects, or backstory. If you need inspiration just hit Random Page until something you like comes up, or do your own character, it can even be another person's character or another guildwikian entirely.

[edit] I choose something, now what?

Now sign right here again with what thing you are doing, and say what you want the card to do, you do not need to use official speech. However, you can template it yourself if you know how to do it, you can also create your own image and post it down in the Ok, now what? section. EX:

• Taki Fujiko: Signet of Midnight Costs 3 colorless. Legendary artifact. Tap, 2 colorless: You must choose one untapped creature controlled by you and one creature controlled by your opponent. These creatures cannot attack and their power becomes zero until the end of your opponent's next turn. (rarity: rare) [clauses are put in a way that targetted creatures can still be used to block, but won't cause damage (due to "blindness")]
• Taki Fujiko: Troll Unguent Costs 1 green. Green card. Enchantment. Prevent up to 1 damage done to enchanted creature every turn. This enchantment is destroyed after preventing 3 damage total. (rarity: common)
• Taki Fujiko: Shadow Form Costs 3 black/blue. Sorcery. Target creature has -1/-0, Shadow and cannot be the target of hostile Spells. At the end of turn, it is destroyed. (rarity: uncommon) [no Shroud, because it's only for hostile spells.]
• Taki Fujiko: Soul Binder (skin) Costs 2 black and 3 colorless. Creature - Spirit. 1/1. Protection from White. Protection from Green. Whenever your opponent plays a white or green card targetting a creature, you may deal up to 2 damage to your opponent's life points. (rarity: rare)
• Taki Fujiko: Ruby Djinn Costs 2 red and 1 colorless. Red card. Creature - Djinn. 1/1. Tap: Place a heat token on target creature and Ruby Djinn deals 1 damage to target creature for every heat token it has. (rarity: uncommon)
• Taki Fujiko: Wammo, Survivor of many Assaults. (something like this) Costs 4 white/green. Creature - Legendary Warrior. 0/4. Echo 1 colorless. Mending 1 (You can prevent up to 1 damage done to this creature every turn). Wammo may block any number of creatures. (rarity: common)
• Wizardboy: Aura of the Lich. Enchant a creature, every time another creature dies, create a 2/2 minion token. If the enchanted creature dies, the minion tokens do too.
• Wizardboy: Panic. Instant. Tap 2 of target player's lands. For the rest of this turn, whenever any creatures that player controls use an ability that does not cost mana, that player takes damage.
• Wizardboy: Energy Surge. Destroy target Land. The player that controlled that land and all creatures controlled by that player take 1 damage.
• Wizardboy: Equinox. While Equinox is in play, both players may only untap half of their tapped lands each turn.
• Mendel: I have no idea what these should do, except that these are kickass concept arts that deserve cards (feel free to not do all of them):

• TEF — general note: feel free to ignore my suggested text since (1) you know MTG (and I don't) and (2) you are more creative than I anyhow :-) Also, feel free to drop my worst ideas in favor of those that are more fun to create.
• TEF — Game Update: all veteran players (players with lots of cards? with special cards?) lose two turns complaining about this card; all n00bs lose 1 turn wondering what the fuss is about.
• TEF — Pain Inverter: players with less than 3 cards remaining: remove opponent card with highest damage rating. Players with >3 cards: same, and lose one turn (handicap for using Title skill)
• TEF — Last Defender of Ascalon: player leaves room. Opponents replace each of their current cards with more valuable ones of same color. If player wins round, they get to use the replacement cards in subsequent rounds.
• TEF — Nicholas the Traveler: each player turns in 3 low-value cards and draws 1 new card.
• Randomtime: Eye of the north See the top 3 cards in your opponent's deck and discard one of them.
• Randomtime: Suicide Health The next time you hit, the game is tied.
• Slypher: Slypher the executive producer : 3/3 2 red 4 colorless : first strike Flavor text : Run, cowards!
• Slypher: Slypher the executive director : 30/30 2 red 4 colorless: tenfold strike (hits ten times, 9 times before the opponent and one after) Flavor text: You can see why I chose to name myself after THIS guy, he's ten times as good as that other lookalike!
• Randomtime: Invalid spell target: negate one attack or spell
• El_Nazgir: The Great Northern Wall (building): it's a wall, not sure what specials it could have.
• Durga_Dido: [Moa Egg] When you play Moa Egg it does nothing,after 3 turns remove one opponent card form the game and discard Moa Egg.(dont know how its should be written ,so)
• TEF: Henchman — when played, all (many of?) your cards become more potent. However, 3 turns later, your opponent can choose which card you play.
• TEF: Ogden Stonehealer — for two turns, any healing has double effect. You lose the third turn following play of Oggie.
• TEF: Ectoplasm — no effect unless two are played. For each in play, opponent must reshuffle 2 cards and allow you an extra draw.
• TEF: Arborstone — all buildings are 50% effective. All healers are 75% effective. You get to draw an extra card on next turn.
• TEF: Iron Forgeman — all buildings are 50% more effective. Opponent entities are hit by damage each turn until TIF is removed from play. TIF can only be removed by removing 2 of player's buildings (if player has fewer than 2 buildings, TIF has no effect).
• TEF: Mobrin, Lord of the Marsh — all of player's attacks hit all opponent entities.
• TEF: Verata — opponent cards in play that are necromatic or undead work as if they were put in play by player. If Verata is removed by opponent, player loses turn.
• TEF: Chahbek Village — player cannot lose a turn and opponent cannot remove any of his/her any cards while CV is in play.

Best Card design gets a White Rabbit minipet, undedicated. Second Place gets a conest, third place gets 10k. Honorable mentions each get 5 mysterious summoning stones.

The contest starts now, and ends on then 18th, this gives you two weeks to get your card ideas in. The judging will begin on the 20th so I have time to make any last mock ups. The winners will be announced on the 25th.
