Entropy is a Chaotic Neutral-aligned Outsider red-named boss that may spawn in several locations. She very rarely drops the much sought-after green item, wtf? chain, yet is fiendishly difficult to farm due to a number of devastating monster skills. Despite its almost mythical status, Emily Diehl (1, 2) and Linsey Murdock (3) have personally confirmed the chain's existence, giving hope to those who have yet to find it for themselves.
