Elementalist skill: Air Magic: Tempest--For 10 seconds all foes in the area of target foe take 5...23 damage per second. All foes suffering from an earth or water magic hex are blinded for 9 seconds. This skill has 25% armor penetration. 25/15 energy (Based on exhaustion) 2 second cast, 30 second recharge.

(I've always wondered why they haven't made an Air Magic AoE spell... so I made one myself)
