This is based on the idea of doing damage mostly via normal attacks, not skills, and finding a use for Locust's Fury. All in all you should have a 67% chance of double striking. How good the build is probably depends on how the other slots are filled - I'm still working on that one ;)
Variants: Replace Conjure with Heket's Rampage for attack speed increase?
