I started Guild Wars as a free trial a friend had given me back in August of 2005. I was deciding to play either GW or WoW. But as you can probably tell, I ended up choosing GW for three factors:
It is FREE monthly, none of that paying $14 a month for WoW.
My friends play GW.
And GW is not as time consuming as most other MMORPG's.
