[edit] Disagreement with GuildWiki's blocking policies

I continue to have serious objections to the blocking policies (insofar as such policies exist) on this wiki. I have laid out my objection in User talk:Rainith#Punitive blocks on first offense. It is clear to me that at least two of the sysops here feel that they can block anyone for whatever reason. One of them, User:Rainith, has indicated that he does not even bother following the [[Project:Penalties for abuse]] guideline.

I am not comfortable with contributing on a site with trigger-happy sysops and a total lack of oversight and leadership.
