[edit] Description

A right hand weapon that typically causes dark damage and is tied to the Blood Magic attribute. Truncheons (pronounced: "truhn chuhns") that are tied to Curses are available from collectors, as are Truncheons that are tied to Death Magic and inflict cold damage.

• Truncheons drop from nearly every location within game from Necromancer foes.

[edit] Dye

Applying dye to a truncheon will alter the top half(lightly), and not the animated "red/pinkish" swirls.

With the introduction of Guild Wars Factions, Truncheons can now require Curses attribute as an item drop but still inflict Dark damage.
