Head west through the mountains to Kinya Province. Once in Kinya Province, you can find Brother Pe Wan just south of Tomaat Pass. Talk to him to complete the quest.

NotesEdit

• During the Dragon Festival, Brother Pe Wan won't appear while you have the quest The Rampaging Yetis. After you complete the quest and rezone, he will show up.
