DescriptionEdit

The Tormented Scepter is an elite wand skin found only in the Domain of Anguish. There are 21 types of Tormented Scepters, one for each Monk, Necromancer, Mesmer, Elementalist and Ritualist attribute. They follow the naming convention of "Tormented <attribute> Scepter".
