Description
Tolkano is the tournament NPC. He can be used to register your account name for automated tournaments using the first dialog.

Also sells Tournament Tokens at a cost of 1,000 Balthazar Faction points, and Zaishen Keys for 5,000 Balthazar Faction points.

- Purchase rewards
Notes
- As of the May 24th, 2007 update, he can be used to spend your Tournament Reward Points on various armor and weapon skins.
- As of the December 7th 2007 update, he can be used to buy Zaishen Keys to unlock chests in the isle of the nameless.
- As of the 13th November 2008 update, he can be found in all Alliance Battle outposts.
