The Matriarch's Stinger is a unique spear from the Eye of the North Expansion. It is dropped only by the Spider Matriarchs in the dungeon Arachni's Haunt.

- Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
- Lengthens Dazed duration on foes 33% (Stacking)

This weapon's stats can be fully replicated, excluding its skin, with:
- a Suntouched Spear from Nikun in The Shattered Ravines (5 Margonite Masks)
- a Silencing Spearhead
- a perfect Spear Grip of Fortitude

- It has the same stats as Droknar's Strength, Shakor's Spear, the Stygian Spear, and the Deldrimor Spear.
- It has the Ornate Spear skin and appears to be dyed white.
