The Afflicted Susei, like all bosses in Dragon's Throat, does not drop anything except for Insight Scrolls which are dropped by all bosses in the game.

He is a good alternative to The Afflicted Huan (Ranger) for Broad Head arrow, as there is only a 50% chance you will come in contact with him during Vizunah Square.
