The Afflicted Cho, like all bosses in Dragon's Throat, does not drop anything except for Insight Scrolls which are dropped by all bosses in the game.

He is a good alternative to The Afflicted Miju for capping Ray of Judgment, if you have a foreign character. However, Cho is hard to reach. The easiest tactic is to run straight towards room 4 (see Dragon's Throat (mission)), bypassing room 1. Fight the two Afflicted in area 4, then proceed towards room 7. You will see the Assassin boss, The Afflicted Huu. Wait until he runs past, then move towards room 7. By this time the first wave of Afflicted from Room 7 will be approaching. You will have to aggro them, but run past them and up the ramp towards Room 7. Cho will appear. Engage Cho, ignoring all other targets, and get your skill cap. It is possible to lose aggro on the first wave, leaving you with just Cho and his Afflicted, a very manageable fight. Fighting Huu first, the Assassin waves, and then Cho is a much tougher way to get the skill cap.
