The Afflicted Ako is an afflicted warrior boss found just outside the Dragon's Throat mission in the Shadow's Passage explorable zone and is one of the bosses in Vizunah Square.

• Kaineng City
  • Shadow's Passage just north of Dragon's Throat.
  • Vizunah Square (mission) may spawn during any of the waves of afflicted.

• Enraged Smash (elite)
• Frenzy

• His shout "On Your Knees!" will rarely be of any use to him, as his only stance, Frenzy, has a very short recharge time.
• Auspicious Blow will also rarely see its full potential as he cannot inflict weakness.
