For displaying {{ and }} it's a lot easier to just use the <nowiki> tag, but I can see how they'd be useful in very complicated templates (which seem to be your specialty). —Dr Ishmael 00:56, 9 June 2008 (UTC)

It is smiling so much because there's an insidious hack in the making. You can now use this template and its sister to search for }} in other templates accessed through msgnw:. That way, it is possible (I hope) to find and extract skill or beast information from other articles for automated processing. See Template:))/doc for a demo. --mendel 10:28, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
