This template is patterned after the Wikipedia template of the same name. It can be used to match the occurrence of }} in template texts using the msgnw: parser function. For example, this is the documentation in Template:((/doc with every instance of {{((}} #replaced by ***:
This template is patterned after the [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:(( Wikipedia template of the same name]. While on Wikipedia the template is only used to represent *** in article text, I am intending to use it to match the occurrence of *** in template texts using the msgnw: parser function. For this reason, our template holds the HTML codes that msgnw: produces from a pair of *** (&#123;&#123;).
