Before completing quest Missing Daughter:

"I cannot believe this is happening. I was working just around the corner while my daughter was playing here in the street. I came outside to check on her, and saw that she was gone! I cannot find her anywhere!"

After completing quest Missing Daughter:

"Thank you again for rescuing my daughter. I do not know what I would have done without your help."

Bug! If you go to a town or outpost before accepting the reward then come back to claim it, he and Aiko will be gone. You won't be able to claim the reward.
