Just tested a wand with a memory wrapping on it casting shadow refuge 30 times and didnt trigger the half skill recharge, so unless the wand has a hidden attribute such as water, death or curses (does cold dmg) then there is no possible exploit there. Wintergreen wand + wand wrapping of quickening Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 5-10%) will eliminate the need for an attribute. For the inscription, maybe "Hale and Hearty", "Seize the Day", or "Have Faith". 20% SR is not all there is. -- ···» Life Infusion ··· 18:11, 26 January 2007 (CST)
