This quest does not require accepting/completing The Price of Steel and White Mantle Wrath: Demagogue's Vanguard, and does not require completion of Mysterious Message (my guess is accepting Mysterious Message also not required). -PanSola 02:52, 3 December 2005 (UTC)

Despite it being a Primary Quest, nothing requires this quest, not even Urgent Warning, so it's not required to progress through the game. Odd, but might as well do it because it's so easy. Issa Dabir 14:22, 1 August 2007 (CDT)
