The assault group that you must kill is fairly easy if you use AoE. They don't spread out from their huddle and I killed them quickly with meteor shower, rodgorts invocation, fireball and incendary bonds. You could also bring flame burst and inferno, and run up if you wanted. Flare is useful for finishing them off.

Note that there is a level 28 mob, I specifically targeted him when casting.
