Rigo Bolan[]
While fighting further to the west in Watchtower, after taking out Calamitous, I ran into 'Rigo Bolan'--he comes and goes (i.e., pops in and out of existence) as you fight the Peacekeepers and is skinned the same as the Vanguard Assassin (and Vael), but is not part of your party, even though he helps you fight the Peacekeepers.
