How do the 2 HCT mods work in these scenarios? Do they stack, get rolled seperate, or that the second is 20% of the first.
- Rolled separately. i.e. It amounts to 36%. Assume 25 casts, a 20% chance means 1 in 5 casts will get the boost, so, if you cascade both 20%, you get 9/25 casts, i.e. 36% (one of them is actually a qaurter cast ) --Karlos 14:00, 1 December 2006 (CST)

Am I correct in thinking this staff can be replicated with a collector Cruel Staff, an Adept Head (20%) and a Staff Wrapping of Fortitude (+30HP)?
