Question: Per definitiopn, is Yak's Bend a city or an outpost? I know it doesn't have the city icon on the map, but looking at the infrastructure, it seems to meet the requirements for being considered a city. The same question goes for Ember Light Camp. Plus ... this would make sense such that every region has a capital city. I think some criteria will need to be used to distingish the two...maybe an "city " has to have traders, not just merchants, collectors and storage?--Jackel 06:58, 15 Jul 2005 (EST)
