[edit] Question about Hunts becoming inaccessible
Do hunts become inaccssible because because of sunspear rank, is that a tested fact? Could someone confirm? RolandOfGilead 12:41, 24 September 2006 (CDT)
- I don't know if it's because of character level or because of Sunspear Rank but they stop giving hunts. I'm a Lvl20 Sunspear Commander (6) and no Sunspear Scout gives me a hunt.

- I'm level 18 and sunspear commander with 1238 points. Getting hunts also depends on the type of hunt it seems, not primarily on the area. In Fahranur, there is a scout at the north and the south portal. I get the north hunt (skales), but not the south. Could someone tell me what hunt the southern scout gives, the one at the portal to Blacktide Den? Also, Poke, which/how many scouts did you test? My hunch would be that each individual type of hunt has a certain max level attached to it, which differs from one species to another. No solid facts though. - I was getting Insect Hunt in Lahtenda Bog long after the scout in Plains of Jerrin stopped offering it, so each individual scout must have a level and / or rank cap. The dialogue suggests it's based on rank, so I just assumed it was rank-based without doing any testing. We'll be able to confirm or refute the possibility of a level-based cap as soon as we start bringing level 20 characters over to Elona. -- Gordon Ecker 02:53, 28 September 2006 (CDT)

- Personally I think it is an either/or type thing. If you are >level X or if you are >Sunspear rank Y then they stop giving you the orders. I say this because I saw both happen to me during the event. I would go up a rank and one group would not give me the orders the next time I entered the area.
