Just looking at the article, it doesn't state where it can be gained from (ie, which NPC mob it drops from). What it does say is where it is likely to be gained from (one or more Stygian Lords). Although it is likely that they all can drop it, we don't have even statistical evidence to say they all can drop this shield.
