I can confirm that "A formal introduction" is a requirement for this quest. I don't know if anything else is. --vvaffle

Does anyone have the reward dialogue you get if you don't finish the quest until after Zen Daijun? -- Gordon Ecker 03:46, 17 September 2006 (CDT)
Got it. -- Gordon Ecker 01:33, 29 September 2006 (CDT)

Should there be a spoiler warning for this since it says that Yijo dies? It doesn't say how he dies, just that he does but is that enough for a spoiler? --MarinBloodbane 07:58, 8 July 2007 (CDT)

There is truth to that. But as it is very early in the game, it might as well be considered common knowledge. :P —[Adul] 12:00, 10 July 2007 (CDT)

Old Friends, Dark Times[]

"If you have the quest Old Friends, Dark Times and you leave Shing Jea Monastery and talk to Su it will automatically finish the quest. " -- I seriously doubt that or it would be a bug. Is someone able to confirm ? -- Merty sign-- ( talk ) 08:10, 20 May 2008 (UTC)

I doubt it works, I just tried it. Whoever put it probably just saw the "re-ping" of Old Friend's objective. --mrguildboi (: 01:49, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
Ok, removed note. If someone can confirm it, we may put it back -- Merty sign-- ( talk ) 03:16, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
I just traveled to Shing Jea Monastery after I finished Zen Daijun and got to the Marketplace when Yazoying gave me the reward - for never doing anything for this quest even no "(completed)" or any updatet aim. Maybe this is similar to the mentioned bug. But I didn't have those quest, just have Sentimental Treasures, A Master's Burden, The Captured Son, The Naga Source. Kaede 21:36, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
That's already in the article. If you take the quest but never do it, after you beat Zen Daijun you will still be able to turn it in because Yijo dies in that mission. --Macros 21:50, 25 June 2009 (UTC)
