I find it much more efficient to farm the Stone Summit in the Northern Shiverpeaks for Stone Summit Badges to use in Droknar's Forge as it only takes 2 of them to get the Halloween stuff. All the horsemen have the same stuff, just for different quantities of different items. And has anyone seen a horseman in The Amnoon Oasis?
