No. You can use the Project:Style_and_formatting article to decide whether stubs are actually stubs, and what to add. It's linked to from the stub marker at the top of the page, now. Project:Stub_categories_project documents efforts to clean up the stub categories, as there are tons of useless stub-marked non-stubs, and many stubs that need only a little bit of easy-to-find information to fix.—Aranth 16:16, 11 January 2007 (CST)
