"Only During Drakes on the Plain"[]
I have not yet got the Drakes on the Plain Quest and am seeing River Drakes, Grand Drakes, Lightning Drakes & others. I have not mapped Rilohn Refuge, but do have Koss in the party. So the condition is not totally correct... there might be a more accurate explanation.

um has anyone noticed that the river drake by ascalon city doesn't spawn anymore?
