This skill is mediocre at best...does no damage and requires melee range on a form that could stay in ranged and still be decent otherwise.

It should still do some form of damage as the effect does almost nothing.

This Skill is not touch range, and if you need any proof, i may get a screenshot. I have used it numerous times to clear the snowman cave. :P
