Expertise Edit

The note says that Expertise "counts signets as having 10 energy and reduces the cost as fit", but the Ranger page says:

However, Expertise does not reduce the energy cost 
of signets when under the influence of a Spirit of 
Primal Echoes.

This skill is great in pvp vs those blessed light monk/assassin hybrids as they don't have any energy management except the signet.

need nf & factions trainer Edit
