Death at the epitaph[]
I just died at the epitaph in this quest, and while the Resurrection timer was counting down, I was still able to click on the headstone and have the quest updated! Of course, I still have to walk back to talk to Oswalt for my reward. I just found the situation amusing, yet not quite an important feature of the quest walkthrough, so I figured here would be the place to note it. --Qrystal 23:11, 16 November 2006 (CST)
Quest Log Error?[]
Has anyone else noticed that when you obtain this quest, the "Inscribe Elsa's words on the headstone." is already marked as complete? --Gold Dean 00:12, 30 December 2006 (CST)
- Yes, I just got this quest tonight on my new necro. The second quest objective was marked as complete as soon as I got it. Chat window showed the "Quest Updated" message immediately after the "Quest Added" message. — HarshLanguage

- I have noticed this in the past as well, however I know the cause. If you have already clicked on the headstone before getting the quest (it is there before you get it) it will count it as clicking it for the quest, but it doesn't really matter because you have to talk to the ghost next to it anyway --Gimmethegepgun 14:37, 18 February 2007 (CST)
Elsa Alston's location after completion?[]
Does Elsa Alston disappear after this quest is completed? I don't remember doing it, but I can't find Elsa in either the southwest corner of Traveler's Vale (for Shiverpeak Stragglers) or just outside Yak's Bend. I don't know if I've done this quest or Shiverpeak Stragglers, but would the fact that Elsa doesn't appear in either of these two locations confirm that I have done both of them?
