- That's probably because it's a quest to get heroes, which is necessary for fair gameplay (you don't want foreign characters to be disadvantaged by not getting that choice of hero just like native characters do). — kyrasantae 17:24, 26 November 2006 (CST)

- Is it also possible to cap the elite? Some boss in Istan has LoD too, but it seems to be impossible to cap (see Chineh Soaring Light) namnatulco 10:04, 15 January 2007 (CST)
