I removed this note because it isn't, or is no longer, valid. If I drop the urn near zero I'll have negative energy for a period of time before it begins increasing again. "When you drop the urn, you lose 20 energy boost down to a minimum of 0. Use this to your advantage by dumping all of your energy into spells and then dropping the urn while your energy is as close to 0 as possible." Nukey

When I use this skill I only get +15 energy? Any clues on why?
