In case anyone is wondering: Quest is not available even to those Tyrians who have not yet completed their own attrib quests. I was hoping (without much hope?) to find an easy way to the 200/200 without having to go to the damned desert and edit the Walkthough section, but no.--Ishmaeel 16:40, 12 June 2006 (CDT)

"This quest is not available to Tyrian or Elonian characters, nor to any party that includes a Tyrian or Elonian. This prevents such characters from gaining an excess of Attribute Points." (Emphasis added.)I helped a Canthan friend do this quest today despite being Tyrian with my own attribute point quests done. I did not actually get the quest or the reward, but my being in the party did not seem to hamper my friend's reward. -- Dashface
